**What’s involved?**

As a Shared Living Home Care Provider, you’ll be paid up to $54,860 per year, tax free In exchange, you will provide a safe and comfortable home for an adult with a developmental disability to live, and support them with basic tasks such as meal preparation, medication administration and other basic daily living tasks.

**Compensation Breakdown**: $45,260K Tax Free Stipend, Plus Up to $9,600/year Room & Board

**Can I Still Have a Day Job?**

Yes, and many people do

**What if I Need a Break?**

Shared Living Home Care Providers always have access to respite support, so you can go still to that weddingtake a weekend off or just go visit your family.

**Do I Get Training & Support?**

LifeConnections provides extensive training and on-going support, including monthly home visits and the availability of agency staff to guide and assist providers with any issues that might arise.

**What are the Hiring Requirements?**
- Safe Home Inspection
- High School Diploma or GED
- Auto/Home/Renters Insurance
- Valid driver's license & 18+ years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks.
