- Following directions given by supervisor.
- Take responsibility for mowing and/or landscape equipment used that day.
- Follow the route to ensure all clients for the assigned day are completed and left within the company's expected standards.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and returned to the secured spot at end of the day and ready for the next use.
- Ensure all safety precautions are met.
- Willing to be trained and cross-trained through correct demonstration and practice.
- Ensuring trucks are cleaned out daily of trash and receipts and invoices (with customer’s names when applicable written on them) were turned in to supervisor.
- Ensure all breaks are clocked in and out daily.
- Document any incident of customer-requested “skip,” complaints, crew member struggling, or improvement ideas

**Responsibilities**:

- To make each property the envy of the neighborhood by maximizing productivity and team talent in meeting or exceeding company standards.
- To be open to being cross-trained. The more we know, the more we can achieve. We love it when our team members can tackle a landscaping or mowing job
- To be approachable and personable. As a team member, you could be the first point of contact for other crew members, customers, or the public at large. We want to see everyone treated with respect and dignity. Strangers turn into customers and it often starts with someone stopping by a project we are on and asking questions. Team members who are approachable and personable can also be great for sales
- To keep equipment and supplies in top running condition so we are not losing time and money getting a repair or part.

**Qualifications**:
Experience in landscaping is a MUST. You may not have experience in all of the equipment below, but some knowledge and experience with the majority of it are necessary to be a productive team member.

**Skills**:

- Communication skills are vital when coaching and teaching crew members as well as relating to clients. You may be asked to coach other team members.
- Ability to follow job notes and ask questions when needed.
- Ability to train new crew members in lawn maintenance and landscaping skills.
- Ability to mow professionally, trim hedges, mulch properties, remove snow, and many other various task-related skills related to the landscape industry.

**Salary**: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
