Our project engineers will be with you every step of the way from design feasibility, CAD design and design optimization for injection molding, Mold Flow analysis, plastic resin, appearance and surface texture, color, prototype, mold design and build to the end product and throughout production.Read and understand detailed work instruction

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to add to our growing team at EPC.
- Have at least 3 years experience with injection molding maintenance technician.
- Maintain the highest quality work to continuously insure customer satisfaction
- Ability to troubleshoot injection molding machines
- Familiar with and troubleshoot hydraulics
- Read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical issues with machines
- Familiar with and troubleshoot robotics
- Locate repair parts and negotiate with vendor on best price
- Perform and document machine PM as scheduled
- Perform and document service work on all secondary auxiliary equipment
- Coordinate with technical support of machine manufacturer
- Perform plant and equipment electrical and plumbing maintenance requirements as needed
- Maintain and document spare part inventory
- Order repair and maintenance components/supplies as needed
- Perform any metal cutting, drilling, welding, milling as needed
- Familiar with JSW, Engel and Cincinnati machinery.
- Have all necessary tools to perform the job
- Operate forklift/overhead crane
- able to lift 40lbs
- other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

- Anderson, SC 29625: Relocate before starting work (required)
