**Job Purpose**:
The Administrative Assistant will aid our executive team in tracking, maintaining, and completing diverse clerical and administrative needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and enjoys providing administrative support. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively, we would love to hear from you.
**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in human services is preferred
- Experience in the human services field is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with file organization systems and record-keeping practices
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with outside agencies
**Job Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the organization
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases (service authorizations, ISAs, etc.)
- Support with billing, budgets, and overall compliance needs
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
**What we will need from you**:
- Flexible availability
- Valid driver’s license, safe and operational vehicle, and minimum of $100,000/$300,000/$100,000 liability insurance on vehicle.
- Must pass a national and local criminal background check, BEAS, DMV records check, DCYF records check and required TB testing.
- Completion of all state and agency mandated training within 90 days of employment.
