**Capital Improvement Coordinator - Property Management Company**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Capital Improvement Coordinator to join our growing property management company. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all company facilities and properties. You will work closely with our operations teams to ensure that our capital improvement projects are completed within budget and on time.

**Responsibilities**:
Estimating and getting bids on pricing various renovation projects

Manage and coordinate various aspects of facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems

Executing contracts

Conduct inspections of facilities to identify and address various issues

Manage budgets for facility maintenance and capital improvement projects

Coordinate with facilities and capital improvement teams to ensure that facilities are properly equipped to support their activities

Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services

Maintain emergency preparedness plans to ensure the safety of employees and visitors in the event of a disaster or emergency situation

Monitor and manage energy usage and sustainability efforts across all facilities

Responsible for upgrades, capital improvements, and renovations of several apartments throughout San Diego

Coordinate worksite work

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in capital improvements

Strong knowledge of facility management and capital improvements

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Knowledge of environmental and sustainability practices

Ability to identify and solve complex problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
