WSP is seeking an experienced **Transportation CADD Specialist **to join our Northern California team. The position is located in **San Francisco, Sacramento, or San Jose **.

Your Impact
- Generate civil and structural plans with direction from engineering and senior design staff
- Follow company and department design standards and quality procedures
- Work under supervision, under general work instructions and standardized routines
- Perform 2D drafting to develop working and final drawings

Who You Are

**Required Qualifications**
- Associate Degree or Certificate
- Minimum of 7 years of drafting experience
- Experience with California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) drafting standards
- Proficient in OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition, ProjectWise, MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil3D
- Proven experience in plan production and design for civil and structural projects
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Collaborate well within a multi-discipline design team to produce construction drawings efficiently
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
- Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek.
