To help reach the Phoenix area for Jesus and build Cornerstone’s brands, the Creative Director will lead the way in managing all creative initiatives. This role drives growth of the overall brand through accurately depicting the voice of Cornerstone in every brand for every conference, series, event and at Cornerstone.

**What you will do**:

- Lead the team in meeting with internal clients to creating story board that accurately reflect the voice of the organization, event/series.
- Create and cultivate workflows for our branding/creative department
- Partner with our external design team to produce and modify branding under tight deadlines to:

- Create and land branding for all of our series, conferences, events and individual ministry needs.
- Oversee the consistency of the voice, serving as the qyuality control for our outside design firm
- Analyze brand performance to spot trends that can lead to recommendations of future optimizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to design
- Stay up to date on emerging branding technologies, trends, etc.

**Experience you have**:

- Has a degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
- 2+ years of experience in brand development, advertising or relative college experience
- Has worked in a digital, branding communications or other marketing equivalent environment
- Has managed all aspects of multiple brands simultaneously
- 2+ years of management experience
- Preferable ministry or church related experience in an environment of at least 2000+ congregation

**Skills you have**:

- Has strong copywriting, written, and oral communication skills; attention to detail with particular regard to spelling and grammar
- Strong Excel/spreadsheet management skills
- Proven strength in leadership, management and team-building
- Good at problem-solving and communications
- Is highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive
- Able to perform job duties with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines consistently
