**Our Center Experience Team**
Brella's Center Experience Team is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the center as well as being our brand ambassadors. This team is committed to the highest levels of service and support for our families, communities and across the center for our staff. We are looking for a **Full-Time Center Experience Supervisor. **This role is located in our Hollywood location and is a great fit for someone who enjoys being the face of the brand to our community.

**As Our Center Experience Supervisor You Will**:

- Provide the highest level of customer service to our families with a “Yes” mentality.
- Oversee the welcome experience for families by managing the check-in and out process of our families during daily pick up and drop-off windows.
- Support families with booking, enrollment, and account questions using various technology tools.
- Build strong relationships with our current and prospective families and help support our new customer lead processes.
- Maintain and organize documentation such as updated child records and paperwork, logs, and licensing rosters, etc.
- Ensure compliance through audits of child files.
- Execute center marketing in partnership with our marketing team
- Assist with setup of spaces for community events and classes and group tours.
- Plan and support internal center celebrations and team-building events.
- Manage the center inventory stock and re-ordering of materials.
- Serve as onsite point of contact for our janitorial partner.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the common areas within the facility between janitorial cleans by the following, (but not limited to): conducting regular center walk-throughs of common areas emptying trash, sweeping/mopping when needed.
- Report any facility repair needs to our facilities team. Help troubleshoot repairs and support the coordination of any on-site repair visits when scheduled.
- Manage the emergency preparedness of the center, help coordinate drills and maintain drill logs.
- Support new hire and new family onboarding to ensure employees and customers receive a warm welcome.
- Problem solve and jump in to support our staff as needed. Proactively identify ways to improve our processes to be more efficient.
- Help train and supervise Customer Experience Associates (in partnership with the CD).

**Experience, Knowledge, and Abilities**:

- 21+ years old
- At least 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, boutique fitness, or other customer-facing role
- Experience working with families or children (preferred)
- First Aid/CPR Certified (may be attained after hire but prior to start date)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Very comfortable learning and using new technology platforms. Proficient in G Suite (Google), MS Office, MacOS, Microsoft Windows, Slack
- Passion and interest in working with children and families

**Physical Demands**
