Our company, Queens Wireless, works with top local car dealers and gps manufacturers to provide their customers the best products and services for their needs. We service the greater New York Metro area and Los Angeles, California.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage all on site installation, repair, and service tasks.

Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.

Serve existing and new accounts by analyzing work orders, planning daily travel schedule, investigating complaints, conducting tests, and resolving problems.

Follow all manufacturer partners’ procedures and protocols.

Build positive customer relationships with open, direct communication.

Accomplish Queens Wireless mission by completing related tasks as needed

Preferred / Not Required

Minimum 3 years proven automotive field service experience and understanding of technical diagrams and manuals - will bend this 3 year requirement rule and train you if you are technically gifted

Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing

MECP Certified (helpful but not required)

Reliable personal transportation

Technician supplied iOS or Android based Smart Device

Technician supplied tools

Ability to work quickly under pressure without supervision.

Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and shifts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Night shift

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Woodside, NY: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
