Previous experience in **high-level customer service **is helpful but is not required.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide daily comprehensive support for sales by using sales software to create and manage proposals.
- Communicate frequently with the sales team to **hand off communications, capture information,** and **encourage customer loyalty.**:

- **Engage with field technicians **daily to answer questions, resolve concerns, and offer advice and solutions amidst difficult solutions.
- Prepare detailed daily & monthly sales reports containing relevant information on prospects regarding leads, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives.
- Attend regular meetings as required with the office to discuss individual and company goals and inter-departmental coordination efforts.
- Organize and coordinate special occasions holiday incentives for employees.
- Process requests for additional supplies and tracking inventory

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Reliable **and **detail-oriented** with a proven track record of **exceptional customer service** and **results-oriented** methods
- **Enthusiastic** and **positive **with **excellent multitasking skills**:

- Experience with multiple industry tools and programs such as Google Sheets/Docs/Chrome, CRM’s
- **Highly proficient with computer skills**

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
