- NON-EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTED EMPLOYEE (NERE)This professional manager leads activities in a complex work area comprised of a departmental manager, professional analysts, supervisors, and technicians within the Vehicle Records Activity Unit, Michigan Electronic Filing System (MiEFS), Electronic Lien and Title (ELT), and Document Processing Units.
