**Role Definition**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Maximize staff contribution through professional growth and development, to increase teamwork and more effectively meet business needs.
- Monitor and maintain adherence and compliance to quality standards on an ongoing basis.
- Responsible to ensure IT compliance and reduce risk by adhering to IT controls, finance integrity and data security.
- Collaborate, monitor, and communicate strategy and have workload discussions with vendor partners.
- Lead P1 incident tickets and other critical issues from the Financial Systems view - communicating and bringing in Finance business partners as needed.

**What You Will Have**:

- **Analytical Thinking**:Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- **Talent Management**:Knowledge of the critical competencies required to achieve intended results; ability to generate consistent approaches for hiring, selection, retaining and leveraging talent across the organization.
- **Leadership**:Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing, and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.
- **Vendor/Supplier Management**:Working knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers) to assure that products or services are delivered to time and quality specifications.
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience leading the Mainframe Technologies that includes Cobol, DB2, JCL, IMS, etc.
- Working knowledge of mainframe Financial Systems interfaces
- Experience with the enterprise month end financial closing process.
- Experience leading the critical enterprise Mainframe Production support.
- Experience leading the Enterprise Mainframe Infrastructure.
- Experience in Vendor relationship, Procurement and Delivery management.
- Working knowledge of SOX Controls, Moratorium processes, IT Controls, IT compliance framework, Cybersecurity protocols, TPRM, Records & Data Retention policies, Disaster Recovery process, etc
- Experience in participating IT Control Audits and assessments and driving actions to closure. Experience driving Change methodology and the change advisory board.
