**Payroll Clerk opportunity**

We are looking for a Payroll clerk to join Parent Care Home Care team.

**In this role you will**:

- Update payroll records
- Check accuracy of timecards
- Collect, code and verify timekeeping information.
- Process weekly payroll for all field employees
- Ensure all payroll records are maintained
- Accurately enter data.
- Scan, copy, organize and file documents
- 1+ years’ Homecare payroll experience
- 1+ years of high-volume customer service over the phone and in person and able to shift gears as needed.
- Excellent accounting software user. “Viventium” experience is a plus.
- Problem solving abilities while multi-tasking; ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Strong people skills
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational skill
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
