Key job responsibilities

- Design and execute summer internship and early career talent recruiting strategies and events in partnership with business leadership and talent acquisition teams

- Build and iterate on programs that support early career talent development
- Create, manage, and report on program success metrics
- Communicate to a wide range of stakeholders from Builders to Executives
