**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our team. As the Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible to develop cutting-edge machine learning solutions. You will be required to stay up to date with emerging trends in the industry and several your expertise to create advanced AI-driven analytical tools. Duties:

- Lead the end-to-end process from identifying potential data-driven opportunities to executing data models that solve complex business problems, working with both technical & non-technical stakeholders
- Work across the full data science lifecycle, including ideation, hypothesis development through to developing and deploying data products/POCs
- Collaborate with IT and software development teams to enhance the data infrastructure that supports advanced analytics and machine learning operations.
- Engage with business and contribute to solutions that encompass advanced analytics using machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI.
- Mentor junior data professionals, share knowledge through workshops and seminars, and contribute to the ongoing learning and continuous development of the data teams & broader business.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field;
- At least 3 years in R
- 7+ years of experience with data pre-processing, pattern recognition, abnomalies detection, time-series data analysis using ML techniques
- 7+ years of experience and proficiency in working with large datasets and distributed computing platform
