**Major tasks, key responsibilities, & key accountabilities**:

- Providing excellent customer service
- Checking customers out at the registers & drive-thru
- Helping customers find what they are looking for in the product shelves
- Answering the phone & directing calls as needed
- Assist with OTC inventory management
- Put the over-the-counter inventory on the shelves daily
- Make sure the shelves are clean & organized
- Keeping up with workflow
- Ensuring medications are bagged properly after the pharmacist checks them
- Keeping prescriptions organized & accurate at the point of sale
