**Required skills are**:

- Bilingual: Spanish/English (speak, read, write proficiently & fluently)
- Excellent, current computer skills (Mac-based office)
- Previous customer service or call center experience a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and professional presence
- Promptly resolve customer service issues while maintaining a proper balance between established policies and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate courtesy, patience and understanding while handling calls from a wide demographic of people
- Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
- Accurately document and complete encounters and maintain a professional and supportive attitude throughout calls
- Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
- Comfort with working on databases
- Comfort with repetitive tasks
- Accuracy with information and data entry
- Effective team player with the ability to work independently and maintain willingness to learn new things
- Reliable and dependable transportation

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with raise after completing probation period (60days).
