**Responsibilities**
- Gain understanding of all departments and oversee their performance.
- Ensure productivity of all personnel and make changes according to company needs.
- Offer support in employee problem resolution.
- Participate On Management Team's annual evaluations.
- Review Financials to gain an understanding of company standing and offer solutions for maximum profits.
- Ensure management, staff and sales meetings are conducted as per company requirements.
- Will be responsible for acquiring accounts for warehouse, local and over the Road dray.
- Lead sales by identifying and recruiting employees to join the sales team.
- Must follow through with any and all leads and strive to obtain the best possible rates for the company.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills with customers, vendors and employees.
- Undertake any project assigned by company owners.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

- Travel

**Experience**:

- Business development: 10 years (required)
- Sales: 10 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Downey, CA 90241: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
