**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans
- Discuss treatment options, procedures, and costs with patients
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
- Provide excellent customer service and patient support
- Collaborate with the dental team to optimize patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in speaking and writing)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a treatment coordinator
- Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend and EagleSoft operating systems
- Ability to create and read reports
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of HIPPA and regulatory compliances in the state of Illinois
