You will be helping to create The Chicho’s Experience for our customers during their visit with us by serving the tables in your section, taking dine-in and to-go orders (when necessary), delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion, managing your running side work, and working as a team player.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and loves to share that passion by going above and beyond for customers. A natural-people-person with an eye for the details. You are looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food and customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- See Host or manager on duty to find out sections and rotation.
- Take orders from dine-in customers for food and beverages.
- Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion. Ensure all drinks have proper garnishes and/or straws.
- Use tray service when delivering food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the server sections, dining rooms and patios.
- Running food whenever needed to both your tables and your teammates.
- Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
- Keeping track of signed credit card slips and all cash received for payment.
- Performing opening, ongoing, and closing tasks according to checklist and get properly checked out.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ year of previous experience as a server.
- Ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu as well as daily/weekly specials.
- General knowledge of liquor (well, premium, top shelf), wine, beer and Chicho’s cocktails and mocktails.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs.
- Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
