**Responsibilities**:

- **Insurance Management**:

- Oversee and manage all insurance-related activities for the company's property portfolio, including obtaining and renewing policies, claims management, and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate insurance coverage for properties and ensure policies are up to date.
- Maintain detailed records of insurance policies, claims, and renewals.
- ** Claims Administration**:

- Handle and process insurance claims, including documentation, communication with insurers, and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with property managers and other staff to gather necessary information and documentation for claims.
- ** Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize exposure.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of insurance coverage and claims to ensure adequacy and compliance.
- ** Vendor and Stakeholder Communication**:

- Liaise with insurance brokers, carriers, and other vendors to negotiate terms and ensure the best coverage and rates.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Insurance Administrator or similar role, with a focus on commercial lines.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations, particularly in the property management sector.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and insurance management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree or higher preferred.
- Insurance certifications (e.g., CIC, CPCU) are a plus.
