- Will provide prompt friendly and courteous service in all aspects of the job.
- Will be on stage when we are at the front desk or visible to our guest and will act accordingly.Will respond to guest’s inquiries, concerns or complaints in a courteous, timely and efficient manner.
- Will remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Will review and have a complete understanding of special packages, activities, and events.
- Will have knowledge of special activities in the surrounding area.
- Will be trained on “telephone” responsibilities.
- Will be trained on “reservation” responsibilities.
- Will be trained on “check-in and check-out” responsibilities.
- Will be trained on “concierge” responsibilities.
- Will attend mandatory front office meetings as scheduled.
- Responsible for taking deposits for advance reservations to the standards set.
- Responsible for completing daily checklist to the standards set.
- Responsible for cash handling procedures.
- Responsible for recording adjustment to the standards set.
- Responsible for keeping work areas, including front desk, telephone, back office, and concierge areas neat and clean.
- Will communicate any procedural changes that would help facilitate hotel operations.
- All other duties as assigned by department Director and/or Executive Team members.

**Qualifications**
- Education: High School Diploma
- Strong customer/ guest service skills
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Must be able to use a computer
- Must possess a positive attitude as a contributor to a diverse work environment
- Must have flexibility in time to meet the business needs of the department and Organization
- Ability to learn quickly and accurately.

**Working Conditions**

Working conditions vary based on business needs. Work may entail both indoor and outdoor activities, nights, weekends, and holidays, as necessary. Environment can be fast paced, and Associate will need to be able to manage multiple projects at one time and see them from start to finish. Associate will also be expected to help other Osthoff Associates on various projects and initiatives.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.

**Language Skills**

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
