**Scope of Work**:

- Work in a collaboration with 4-6 engineers within the team
- Partner with technical leads and peers to design and deliver next generation voice biometrics authentication capabilities
- Design/Implement integration with other cloud authentication platforms
- Deliver new voice biometrics authentication capabilities for multiple line of businesses and integrate with other second factor authentication and orchestration platforms
- Experience in Voice Biometrics Authentication technologies
- Familiar with Call Center technology, Architecture and Integration with multiple channels
- Extensive experience with SBC(Session Border Controller), SIPREC, networking & voice.
- Cloud experience in AWS or Azure.
- Experience in implementing Genesys and Contact Centre solutions.
- Bamboo/Github/Jenkins pipeline
- PCF/ECS/EKS architecture
- Developer experience in web based technology using Java and in AWS, Python
- Has a product ownership mindset
- Keeps up with new technology trends and bring those ideas to the table
- Can spend time developing others and working toward one common goal
- Provides advanced level technical support designing, implementing, and maintaining data center networks and security infrastructure. Identifies, resolves, or escalates hardware or software issues.
