Health Center Manager

My Health Onsite manages employer sponsored health & wellness centers. Our medical team takes time to build strong relationships. No one is rushed in and out, and no one is a “number.” Patients may access a range of medical services including x-ray, an onsite pharmacy, wellness services, treatment for acute illnesses and chronic conditions. Our programs go beyond caring for the sick and injured - we make prevention our number one goal.

**Schedule**:
Monday - 8a-6p

Tuesday - 7a-5p

Wednesday - 8a-4p

Thursday - 10a-7p

Friday - 8a-4p

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with the Clinical Operations Director to include submission of a weekly update report.
- Assist the Clinical Operations Director with the oversight of day to day health center operations
- Under the guidance of the Clinical Operations Director, provides leadership and guidance to ancillary staff
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to patients
- Plan work schedules and review/approve time off
- Order medications and supplies as needed
- Perform monthly safety audits
- Assist the Clinical Operations Director with talent management life cycle including recruiting, onboarding, mentoring/developing, engagement, training, retention, performance management and succession planning
- Maintain patient confidence and ensure confidentiality of patient care information
- Assist with other duties as directed by the Clinical Operations Director

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Associate degree in related field
- Current registration with the Florida State Board of Nursing as a RN or LPN or MA certification or diploma
- BLS for Healthcare Providers
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in primary or urgent care setting
- 1 year management experience

**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and engage others in a team environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff and patients using excellent written and verbal skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Strong decision making skills and detail oriented
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as a team member
