**Summary**

The **Quality Manager** provides leadership, oversight, and guidance for the TMS-West Quality Team. The Manager monitors and evaluates internal production processes, examines products to determine conformity, engages with customers, and gathers product feedback. In addition, the Quality Manager collaborates daily with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and other employees to respond to information requests and resolve non-conformities.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supervises a diverse team of highly capable Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors
- Oversees the development of Quality metrics across multiple manufacturing sites
- Ensures and contributes to a positive work environment for all employees
- Directs the team to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external customers, driving improved customer service
- Supports the management system and ensures compliance with AS9100 and ISO9001 standards
- Verifies effectiveness of problem resolution by monitoring performance after implementation
- Helps ensure all site team members are trained to meet current and future demands

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- BS Degree in Engineering or related, or a minimum of four (4) years experience in a Quality role
- Minimum two (2) years experience in a Quality Engineering or equivalent role
- Minimum two (2) years experience in a Leadership or Management role
- Experience utilizing Quality methods: Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Statistical Process Controls, etc.)
- Experience in utilizing Process Improvement, Risk Analysis, and Control tools: Process Flow Diagrams, Failure Modes Effects Analysis, Control Plans
- Working knowledge of AS9100, OHSAS 18001, and IPC requirements
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current professional Quality or Manufacturing Certifications are highly desired (CQM-OE, CQE, Six-Sigma, Lean, etc.)

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
