**Join our team as a Behavior Technician**

Join our team as a Behavior Technician We're seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to work with a six-year-old learner in their home Monday through Friday from 3pm to 6pm in Columbus, NJ.

We design our services to meet our clients’ individual needs and identify the right team of trained professionals to provide ongoing support. Our play-based approach creates a natural environment conducive to learning. Learn more about how we implement this technique in home and school settings. Guide and coach staff and parents in providing applied behavior analysis using naturalistic teaching.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Work under the direction of a BCBA to implement behavior intervention plans and strategies
- Collect and record data on progress
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
- Provide feedback to BCBA regarding progress and concerns
- Collaborate with teammates to further progress
- Ensures that patients’ progress notes are entered on a timely basis and in accordance with established organizational procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree preferred, high school degree required
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus

**Compensation**:
1.) Hourly $22-$32
2.) Training paid at training rate
3.) Referral bonuses

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
