**Duties**:

- Conduct 1:1 private swim lessons in the homes of individuals of all ages and skill levels
- Teach proper swimming techniques and water safety skills using our curriculum
- Develop and implement lesson plans based on participant needs and abilities
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to swimmers
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a swim instructor or in a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques
- Lifeguard certification is a plus
- Experience in behavior management and working with children is beneficial
- Background in physical education, sports coaching, or childcare is advantageous
