**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Review and analyze purchasing trends, market conditions, and new products to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Resolve issues or disputes with suppliers regarding delivery, quality or pricing.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage inventory levels and accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance and productivity levels.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction techniques and trends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
