**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with plant selection and gardening advice.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the garden center.
- Process transactions and handle cash register duties.
- Water, prune, and care for plants to ensure their health and appearance.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Must live within 40 minutes of the garden center
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis
