1. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales goals.

2. Manage daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities in regard to growing the residential and commercial segment and market share.

3. Bidding new subdivisions, new commercial construction and multi family.

4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition.

6. Utilize Variant software’s to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

7. Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients.

8. Manage customer relationships and address their needs effectively.

9. Lead project management efforts for business development initiatives.

10. Maintain accurate reporting as requested by upper management.

**Experience**:
1. Proven experience in strategic planning, sales, and market analysis

2. Proven experience in the construction industry / service industry

3. Familiarity with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

4. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals

5. Proficiency in project management to drive business development projects forward

6. Previous experience in software or technology-related business development is a plus

7. proficiency in blue print, excel, in general technology friendly.

Pay: $85,930.01 - $150,517.86 per year
