Ultimately, the EA will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. Responsibilities Executive Information Flow
- Be the central point of contact for the office and among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Manage information flow, especially telephone calls, website inquiries, and traditional mail in a timely and accurate manner.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence. Executive Calendars and Travel
- Manage executives’ calendars, especially for executive meetings and in/out of office awareness. Reschedule as needed.
- Arrange executive business travel and accommodations.
- Track daily business expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports. Company Records
- Take minutes during executive meetings as requested. Publish/file as defined by process.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system, especially company personnel files and records.
- Onboard new employees, assuring all required records and forms are received, signed, and filed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a current record of employee training requirements and schedules to beat renewal deadlines.
- Maintain current employee contact information.Maintain employee handbook. Other Office Duties
- Maintain adequate office supply inventories.
- Maintain a relationship with building management to assure employee safety and comfort while in the office. All other duties as assigned. Requirements
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent MS 365 (or Office) knowledge.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality an absolute requirement.
- Bachelors' degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Discretion and strict confidentiality will be required given involvement and awareness of Executive and Customer communications, as well as the nature of the services we provide.
- Compensation $40-$45,000, depending upon experience and references. Optional 401(k) participation

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
