Supervises and reviews the work of fiscal staff to ensure compliance with DOA, DOC,
and APA policies and procedures as they relate to disbursement/receivable transactions for assigned agencies. Reviews all work of fiscal staff to ensure compliance with the Prompt Payment Act. Position is responsible for the maintenance and review of filing system documentation. Maintains responsibility for project work as assigned by the Director of Financial Services and the General Accounting Manager. Actively involved in creating a positive, healthy, diverse and inclusive working environment.

Strong skills and experience using Cardinal, Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; recent supervisory experience; demonstrated competence in state financial accounting systems, and recent experience with complex spreadsheets, databases, and report preparation.
