**BACKGROUND**
Intelsius is looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for maintaining and generating new and existing business.
Intelsius is an ISO9001-2015 registered company which specialises in the design, manufacture and supply of temperature-controlled packaging and regulatory-compliant sample transport solutions.
With manufacturing facilities and distribution facilities around the globe, our goal is to be recognised as a global leader, providing high quality environmentally safe, temperature-controlled and sample transport solutions to clients worldwide.
On a day-to-day basis, our purpose is simple: To assure our customers’ product and sample integrity, with mínimal impact on the environment.
**SUMMARY**
The role requires excellent communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work as part of a team. Experience in sales and the life science industry is an advantage. The position offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career in sales and develop in a dynamic environment.
Perodic travel will be a requirement of this position.
**MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB**:
Achieve set targets, develop and promote the company’s brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for the success, growth and development of new business in USA.
- Achieve sales revenue and productivity targets and all other activities specified by your manager.
- Establishing, maintaining and managing customer relationships.
- Creation and management of proposals for the acquisition of new customers.
- Negotiation of contracts with new and major customers.
- Work in partnership with all necessary internal and external functions within client companies to develop products.
- To achieve and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s products, services and capabilities, their market sector and competitors.
- Manage data using the CRM (Client Relationship Management) software.
- Independent research and development of sales opportunities.
