Since you'll be mostly remote, you can set your own work schedule as long as the work is getting done in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for various organizations
- Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliation
- Generate financial reports and statements as needed
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Stay updated on relevant financial concepts and regulations
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks to record and track financial transactions

**Skills**:

- Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliation
- Excellent 10 key typing skills for accurate data entry
- Ability to perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and procedures
- Proficient in financial report writing, including the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar programs

You will be required to take a skills assessment test to analyze your proficiency and knowledge in bookkeeping and utilizing QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Excel.

Hourly wages will be re-evaluated after two months and possibly increased based on performance.
