Let It Be Ice Cream is hiring a part-time Ice Cream Scooper for our team in Gulfport.

The Crew Member will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high demand work environment; we value our team as well as the impact they have on our customers. We are seeking an individual who genuinely likes people, has a strong work ethic, can work independently as well as part of a team to ensure that we are providing each of our customers with an outstanding experience.

This is a tipped position and can make up to $12 to $20+ per hour during high season, depending on days and times worked. 2-3+ days per week, which includes opening shift on Friday plus some evenings and weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform all tasks required to prepare and present ice creaM/Food to customers.
- Talk to customers in a welcoming way to take their orders and answer questions.
- Maintain sanitary conditions of the ice cream scooping area, front of house and kitchen.
- Work as part of a team.
- Interact with co-workers and supervisors in a friendly manner.
- Follow all company procedures and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- MUST be able to work opening shift Friday and most Saturday's during the school year.
- Stand on your feet for extended periods of time; bending, lifting heavy items
- Work in close proximity to others
- Strict adherence to hygiene and cleanliness
- Acquire a Food Handler's card within 60 days of hire date

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $8.98 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
