**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet patients
- Answer multiple phone lines promptly in a professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
- Verify insurance eligibility and create treatment plans
- Submit pre-authorizations for future treatments
- Follow up with pre-authorizations
- Make collecting payment calls
- Perform other office administrative tasks as assigned
- Previous insurance verification experience is a plus
- Previous Patterson Experience is a great plus
- Willing to travel to our other offices is plus too

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
