ABOUT THE ROLE
As a TikTok Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative content for TikTok, managing live streams, and optimizing social media strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage engaging TikTok content that aligns with brand objectives.
- Lead on-site control and operation of TikTok e-commerce live streaming, including setting up live stream rooms, planning live streams, discovering and summarizing product selling points, live stream data analysis, live control, sales rhythm, and more.
- Track revenue data, conduct post-event reviews, and perform data analysis for each live broadcast.
- Formulate and execute optimization plans based on data insights.
- Develop and refine live stream scripts, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
- Supervise on-site audience data in real-time, provide feedback to on-site anchors, and control the sales rhythm and content of the live stream.
- Work closely with product and brand partners to provide optimization suggestions based on live stream performance.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proven experience in TikTok content creation and a deep understanding of social media content strategies.
- Proficiency in short-form video editing and familiarity with video editing software.
- Scripting experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate well with both team members and customers.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and a problem-solver.
- High coordination and adaptability.
- Strong ability to handle disputes and emergencies with a calm demeanor.
- Interest in the e-commerce live streaming industry and familiarity with TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, able to adapt to rapid growth, and proactive with practical, positive thinking.
COMPENSATION
- $16/hour + Commission based on experience and performance.
- 15 -30 hours on a weekly basis
LOCATION
- You will be streaming at our studio in Long Island City, New York.

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
