Install Coordinator

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a self motivated person to coordinate our same day or next day HVAC and Plumbing installation jobs.

**Daily Job Duties**:

- Create Change Out Forms to submit to the installation teams
- Create Welcome Packets for Customers including Invoice, Warranty Information and AHRI Certificates
- Create Pull Order Job Forms utilizing the sold job forms, notes and pictures from Service Titan and communicating with the sales team members in order to create material and equipment list to submit to the warehouse to be pulled and staged for same day or next day installations
- Conduct Daily Inventory Counts on Equipment and update the Daily Purchase Order Inventory Template
- Conduct Weekly Inventory Counts to ensure accurate and update to warehouse inventory on all equipment
- Update the Daily P&L Sheet for all previous day installation jobs including cost of equipment, cost of materials, labor and all returned materials
- Ensure that all returned materials equipment and supplies are restocked and credited back to our account
- Schedule all vehicle inventory inspections for the service, plumbing and install departments, ensure accurate and timely execution of these inventories and oversee the bin replenishment process for all technicians to ensure accurate, accounted and validated inventory stock on all vehicles at all times
- Assign Crew Members to Installation Jobs to ensure timely management of all installation jobs to ensure same day and next day installation process is being followed
- Work with the Sales Coordinator and Install Manager daily to ensure all install jobs have been scheduled, assigned, confirmed and staged for same day or next day installations

**Nice to Have Skills**:
Previous experience in HVAC or plumbing installation coordination
Familiarity with HVAC or plumbing equipment or materials
Knowledge of safety protocols in industrial settings and familiarity with warehouse operations
