Additionally, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, collaborating with various departments within the organization to ensure seamless project execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Work closely with vendors to confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address any customer inquiries or special requests related to orders.
- Coordinate with internal warehouse personnel to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Monitor order status and proactively identify any potential issues or delays, taking appropriate actions to resolve them.
- Manage projects from start to finish, including coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and warehouse teams to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Provide regular updates to management on project progress, milestones, and any relevant updates or changes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline order fulfillment and project management processes.
- Must possess strong attention to detail and be proficient in organizing multiple projects and orders simultaneously.

0 - 3 years’ experience in purchasing or customer service

Efficiency in Microsoft Office or related suite

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

Strong work ethic: creative and takes initiative and gets the job done

Promotional Industry experience a plus
