**Responsibilities**:

- Training Delivery:

- Facilitate in-person training sessions at designated learning hubs, ensuring an interactive and engaging learning environment.
- Conduct virtual training sessions using appropriate platforms, catering to the needs of remote associates.
- Deliver operational courses covering various aspects of automotive sales and service, including product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Evaluation and Feedback:

- Assess associate performance and comprehension during training sessions through various evaluation methods, such as quizzes, role-plays, and simulations.

- Proficiency in virtual training platforms and multimedia tools.(Microsoft Office Suite, Conerstone, etc)
- Willingness to travel periodically up to 50%.

- Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a training environment.
