- Our Sales Associates seek information, knowledge and feedback. Sales Associates understand customer service and ask qualifying questions in order to provide a personalized shopping experience. Sales Associates demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility. As the main face of our retail locations Sales Associates are often seen as “billboards” for our brands and take pride in acting as brand ambassadors inside and outside the store.

**General Accountabilities**
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a high level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go above and beyond expectations
- Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained.
- Assist with dispensary operations and opening and closing procedures during hours of operation.
- Work with the management team to ensure KPIs are store goals are met or exceeded.
- Assist customers with understanding product benefits and offerings.
- Educate customers on cannabis properties and selection of proper genetics according to the customer's desired effect, relief for patients' ailments or per request.
- Maintain product knowledge and keep up to date on trends.
- Regularly research new brands and products.
- Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Comply with company cash handling policies and perform daily cash management responsibilities and compliance reporting per company policy.
- Daily compliance with dispensary policies, including but not limited to the following: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, inventory care, handling and tracking, dress code, and work schedules.
- Exceed expectations by working to meet our company's mission: To provide the ultimate one stop shop cannabis experience by offering exceptional customer service and diversified products. We strive to build long-term customer loyalty
- Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results daily
- Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures (education, merchandising, cleanliness, security, checklists etc.)
- Ensure you are aware of all company communication, rollouts, directives and procedures
- Abide by all company policies and programs
- Maintain a clean environment not only at your individual workstation but all
- Ensure SOPs are followed
