**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in plumbing estimation or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into accurate estimates.
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or vocational training in plumbing or construction-related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in plumbing estimation, project management, or customer service roles preferred.
