**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Facility Maintenance**: Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks such as cleaning, minor repairs, and ensuring all areas are in good condition.

**Security**: Assist in ensuring the security of the premises by monitoring access points and performing lock-up procedures at the end of the shift.

**Set-Up and Take-Down**: Assist in setting up and taking down equipment and furniture for events, meetings, or other activities held in the facility.

**Customer Service**: Provide assistance to facility users, respond to inquiries, and address any issues or concerns promptly and courteously.

**Health and Safety**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; report any hazards or potential risks immediately.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role is preferred but not required.

**Skills**: Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

**Physical Ability**: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.

**Availability**: Must be available to work evening shifts from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, 3-4 days per week.

**Benefits**:
