Job Overview:
TRC Services Inc is seeking a dedicated Lead Custodian to oversee our custodial team. We pride ourselves in safety, professionalism, and excellence. We are looking for a supervisor who can embody these qualities while also completing the following:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff
- Perform and oversee cleaning tasks such as buffing, waxing, window care, and general maintenance
- Ensure all areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Train new custodial staff on proper cleaning procedures
- Inspect facilities and provide reports to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Work with onsite staff in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles, with expertise in industrial cleaning, floor care, and commercial cleaning
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects

Pay: $16.75 - $17.25 per hour
