Assistant Warehouse Manager

- Proficiency in PC programs such as Excel and Word.
- An ability to communicate with mechanics, car dealership workers, and other warehouse managers.
- Manage timesheets and log automotive parts.
- Assist in managing payroll and account for hours worked and parts delivered.
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with our customers.
- Ensure that the correct deliveries are couriered to the correct locations and customers.
- Train and assist in dispatching delivery drivers and warehouse employees.
- Hold department store meetings in regard to the effectiveness of the store workers and drivers.
- Provide professional and courteous feedback to the workers during review periods.
- Manage worker punctuality, performance issues, policy violations, and all other coaching and/or corrective action in accordance with company practice.
- Proactivity in ensuring worker satisfaction.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

Work Location: In person
