The Community Programming Manager will also join forces with the Community Director to leverage existing and create new vendor and client partnerships. You will work collaboratively with both the client’s Marketing Team as well as LIVunLtd’s NYC headquarter based Creative Team.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for assisting the Community Director in being the key liaison, working directly between client stakeholders and LIVunLtd’s NYC-based Creative Team and Leadership Team.
- Responsible for collaborating on and presenting ideas, themes and concepts for an annual programming calendar of events and activities to create engagement with various populations at the property in the local targeted area.
- Responsible for assisting with identifying local vendors, brands and talent - beginning within the existing client retailers and extending outside the campus - who you will target as collaborators for all programming.
- Responsible for assisting with identifying key contacts at a variety of local social and charitable organizations in order to build relationships, generate good will and to possibly establish strategic partnerships and/or collaborations that could support the client’s goal of attracting certain populations to visit the property.
- Attends on-site events throughout the campus to ensure quality and style of events as well as to build rapport with the client and the community.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 1-year experience in luxury hospitality or high end event planning
- Knowledge of Houston attractions, nightlife, restaurants, and shopping.
- Enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about the hospitality industry.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior time management skills.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is an additional asset
- Knowledge of BuildingLink and Salesforce are bonus qualities.
- Proficient in Google suite
- Ability to work independently with remote supervision.
- Ability to work with all levels of staffing, other management and clientele.
