The Therapy Gym is looking to hire an office administrator to be the face of The Therapy Gym. Responsibilities include scheduling, answering phones, patient intakes, greeting patients and checking them in, charging copays, and being a team player.

Must have minimum 2 years experience working in a medical office and must have higher education as well as experience working the front desk.

Applicant should have great interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be patient, friendly, and warm, and want to work in a child friendly environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
