**Qualifications**
- 3 years Experience working in one or more of the following fields: computer science, computer information systems, BSA (Business Systems Analyst), HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), or related field. (required)
- Experience conducting or facilitating requirement gathering interviews or sessions. (required)
- Experience utilizing analytics tools to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making. (required)
