**DESCRIPTION OF WORK**:
As an Equipment Operator A, you will be responsible for operating equipment with a gross vehicle weight of up to 32,000 pounds. You will drive vans, buses, and other vehicles to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of our consumers, staff, equipment, and supplies on and off campus. You will also operate construction equipment such as tractors, dump trucks, skid loaders, and snow plows, as well as perform general maintenance and cleaning to equipment when necessary.

**Work Schedule and Additional Information**:

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 6:45 AM to 2:45 PM, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, working every 3rd or 4th weekend, with a 30-minute lunch.
- May change based on operational needs.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Minimum Experience and Training Requirements**:

- Six months experience in the operation and maintenance of large vans, buses and single-chassis trucks with a gross vehicle weight of 10,001 pounds or more; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

**Special Requirement**:
