Counselor Position Available

Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and coordinating sports, games, activities, and workshops.
- Ensuring the safety, engagement, and enjoyment of summer campers.
- Conducting daily debriefs for continuous improvement.
- Assisting with the Summer Camp and Martial Arts programs.
- Creating engaging daily Social Media Posts
- Making sure to follow the schedule.
- Communicating effectively with parents and campers.
We are in search of a responsible and dependable ROCKSTAR who is passionate about enriching and positively impacting the lives of children. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide thorough training for this position.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum age of 18
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean criminal background
- Drug and tobacco-free
- Personal transportation to the workplace
- Alignment with a Purpose and Value-driven company
- Positive attitude and a penchant for smiling
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
- Coachable, open to learning new skills and systems
- Thrives in a team environment with a willingness to contribute ideas
